Learn how to do edge-to-edge (ETE) quilting in your embroidery hoop. This class will cover how to position and re-hoop your quilt sandwich and how to use the tools of your Bernina machine for a beautiful result. We will cover how to determine where to start, how to use your machine to edit designs, use the endless embroidery function and pinpoint placement.

Introducing Embroidery on Everything, a 12-session embroidery course for all Bernina machines, focused on Bernina embroidery accessories, stabilizers and popular embroidery techniques. Each lesson will include a video and handout for you to use as you learn and hone your embroidery skills. This will be a great class for students new to embroidery, and those advanced students who want to learn new techniques. You should understand the basics of your machine, but we will help you through each step of the process.

This class is the Hoop Embroidery Club for October, November and December 2026

This class will show how to use Pin Point placement on your 700 or 900 series machine to achieve beautiful block quilting in the hoop.

You will learn how to paper piece, machine applique, and sew curves to make this stunning quilt. This is not a beginner quilt. Paper piecing and sewing experience is needed. If you don't have experience with paper piecing you will need to take our beginner class in July. We will be making kits of these fabrics for you to purchase including the pattern. You will be contacted prior to the first class for instructions on what to bring. Kits need to be purchased before the first class in August. The price of this class includes the kit, pattern and class time for 7 months

The premier sewing organization, The American Sewing Guild was founded in 1978 for the purpose of preserving and promoting the sewing arts through sewing education and activities for sewing enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. A nonprofit organization, ASG is supported through membership and is committed to its mission of Advancing Sewing as an Art and Life Skill. The ASG meets monthly at our store.
