DOES MY SEWING MACHINE NEED SERVICED REGULARLY? 
Yes, it has mechanical parts that need lubrication and adjustment. Many newer machines have more than one motor, and great features like thread cutters and needle threaders that will need adjusted. Even the machine rarely used needs the dry oil cleaned out and adjustments made from the lack of lubrication.

When your machine needs repairing, please bring it to the store with a case if you have one and the following items:

1. Sewing machine, foot controller and power cord (if it is separate from your foot controller)
2. Zig-zag presser foot and Zig-Zag Stitch Plate
3. Bobbin & Bobbin Case 
4. Embroidery unit and foot only if you are having issues with it.

When you bring your machine in for service we will plug it in and go over any obvious issues we see with it. If the technicians find it is need of parts we will notify you when they are on order. We will treat your machine as if it were our own and give it all the attention it needs.
